Music in the Park Returns to Longville for Summer 2026
Summer evenings in Longville are about to get a little more musical! Music in the Park returns for the 2026 season at Salem Lutheran Church in Longville, bringing three free outdoor concerts filled with local talent, community spirit, and great music.
This summer’s lineup offers something for everyone. The series kicks off on Sunday, June 14 with Ryan & Joanne Pels, local musicians known for their love of country music. On Sunday, July 19, enjoy the unique acoustic sounds of Michael Monroe, a Minnesota musician blending folk, reggae, jazz, and world music influences. The season wraps up on Sunday, August 16 with Figuring It Out, a Northern Minnesota family band performing a mix of bluegrass, folk, Celtic, swing, and contemporary Christian music.
All concerts are held outdoors at Salem Lutheran Church in Longville, begin at 5:00 PM, and are free and open to the public (freewill donations welcome). Guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and enjoy a relaxing evening of live music with family, friends, and neighbors.
