With over 10 years of experience in digital accessibility, the founder got their start as a transcriptionist and captioner—helping make podcasts and YouTube videos accessible for individuals who are D/deaf and hard of hearing. That work sparked a deeper passion: making accessibility a core part of how businesses show up online. This led to a transition into web design, with a mission to help clients build accessible, user-friendly websites from the ground up.
