The Women of Today is an exceptional service organization for women age 18 and older who wish to make new friends, learn and establish leadership skills, and voluntarily contribute to their community, state, and nation. Local projects include the Turtle Town Art Fair, Photos with Santa and Santa's Elves, Toys for Kids, and the annual holiday Cookie Walk. The group also contributes to local Chamber events, the food shelf, the ice skating rink, NorthlandFamily Center, Little Sand Group Home, and local scholarships.
