Deep Portage Summer Rendezvous Returns
Summer Rendezvous is back for the second year at Deep Portage Learning Center! This annual fundraising event takes place on Saturday, August 16, and will feature exciting raffles, live music from Charley Wagner, a silent auction, and a delicious dinner. Everyone is welcome to attend, including all Deep Portage supporters, neighbors, families of students or campers, those that are passionate about nature, and those who are just curious to learn more about the organization.
Tickets cost $75, and the funds raised during the event will support our student scholarships, which allow us to best serve the thousands of young learners who visit our campus each year. Registration will open on our website (deep-portage.org) on July 1. The raffles and silent auctions will open at 4 PM during social hour on August 16, when you are welcome to bring your own beverages. Dinner is then served at 6PM, and the raffles and silent auctions will close at 7 PM sharp. Last year was a blast, and you won’t want to miss this year! Through the exploration of woods, water, and wildlife, Deep Portage Learning Center prepares and inspires learners of all ages to sustain and celebrate our natural world.
